Production Sites - Switzerland
In September 2003, Ferring broke ground for its new state-of-the-art headquarters and manufacturing site in Switzerland. The 104,500 square metre site is situated in Saint-Prex, 20 km west of Lausanne.
The construction of the new facility started in November 2003 and was completed in 2006. In that same year, the first commercial material was produced. The facility provides additional production capacity for Ferring's dry products as well as secondary packaging and distribution for Ferring’s entire range of products.
Ferring established its headquarters in Lausanne in 2000 and the construction of the new multi-purpose facilities in Switzerland continues Ferring's commitment to the region.
