Urology:

MINIRIN (desmopressin) *, is the treatment of choice for bedwetting in children and nocturia in adults

Infertility & Obstetrics:

 

MENOPUR (Menotropin)* (REPRONEX in the US) and BRAVELLE* (hFSH) are ovarian-stimulating treatments used in preparation for in-vitro fertilisation (IVF). TRACTOCILE  (Atosiban)*, is used to treat pre-term (premature) labour

Endocrinology:

 

ZOMACTON (Somatropin)*, is a recombinant human growth hormone used to treat growth failure in children.

Gastroenterology:

 

PENTASA (mesalazine)*, is used for the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases.

  • Degarelix, a potent and highly selective GnRH blocker for the treatment of prostate cancer. Degarelix is currently in phase III of a worldwide clinical development program.
  • FE 106483 is an oral non-peptide vasopressin agonist - currently in phase II trials for antidiuretic therapy.
